During the Championship week the Buffet Restaurant offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for all participants, officials and guests. Your accreditation card is your access pass for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Athletes’ Village. Please also note that you can eat as much as you want in the restaurants, but it is absolutely forbidden to take any food out of the restaurant!
If we have received information on your team’s possible allergies and diets in advance, this information has been provided to the restaurant.
In addition to this, the cafe, bar and the á la carte restaurant of the Olympic Training Center are at your disposal, but their services are not included in the participation fee. They accept cash payment in euros and the credit cards.
On competition days lunch will be served at Ruuhikoski Golf Course. For those team members who don’t visit the golf course every day, a basic lunch menu will be available at the Athletes Village. For the lunches in Ruuhikoski you will receive vouchers on your arrival.
In Ruuhikoski there is a café and restaurant, where you can buy snacks, food and drinks.
There are two grocery stores in Kuortane. S-Market (1,5 km from Olympic Training Center) and K-Market (1.9 km from the Olympic Training Center). The stores are open from 07.00 am to 22.00 (10 pm) on weekdays and Saturdays and from 09.00 am to 22.00/21.00 (10/9 pm) on Sundays.
The organizing committee is not responsible for meals of people who are not on the list of entries by name, or for people entered over and above the number allowed for in the FISU Regulations unless this is agreed beforehand.
